These are all pretty passive aggressive. Number 6 might get you punched in the face. You do not touch a bully.
While numbers 3, 5 and 7 are true or sometimes true, statements that label behavior that other people are not entirely as educated on for some reason (ex: what's self-esteem?) are not going to work. I know confusion contributes to your element of surprise, but it decreases the effectiveness of any meaning you want to convey and your opponent's confusion and resentment will turn into anger and escalation of conflict is likely.
Number 8 might work with your mother or someone who loves you, but it's self-deprecating. No matter how condescending you're being-you NEVER AGREE-and it's like asking the bully: "Please put me down some more-I love it" Sames goes for number 12. All of these tell the bully that they have succeeded and that you're going to play their game with them.
